9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jil777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jil777 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 jil777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jil777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
